Mitsubishi's new 2014 Mirage, the most fuel-efficient gasoline-powered non-hybrid in America was recently awarded "Best Sub-Compact Car 2014" by the Hispanic Motor Press Awards. The 2014 Mirage has an EPA-rated fuel economy of 40mpg combined city and highway driving, with 44mpg on the highway.
The Hispanic Motor Press Awards judging committee is comprised of a ten-person panel of distinguished automotive journalists that are currently working in automotive-focused print, television, Internet and radio media, according to the Mitsubishi press release.
Congratulations to the up and coming Mirage! We don't have it in stock just yet, but we'll keep you in the loop. In the meantime, check up on our new Mitsubishi vehicle inventory here!

You Haven't Seen it All Until You've Seen this Hello Kitty Mitsubishi Mirage!
Mitsubishi has just announced its plan to offer the Mitsubishi Mirage in a limited Hello Kitty edition. Only 400 of these vehicles will be released and only in Japan, so if you're a big enough Hello Kitty fan to own one, unfortunately we don't think you'll be able to get your hands on it this round!
"Noticeable features will include a bright pink paint job, bespoke hub caps with the Hello Kitty ribbon, along with Hello Kitty-themed upholstery," according to the article by World Car Fans.
The Mitsubishi Hello Kitty Mirage was created to celebrate the 40th birthday of the Hello Kitty character. However, if this limited-edition Mirage isn't the one for you, we do have the more typically-designed 2014 Mirage in stock here.
