Mitsubishi Debuts New 2014 Outlander and 2013 Outlander Sport

At the LA Auto Show (which began yesterday) Mitsubishi is debuting its 2014 Outlander and 2013 Outlander Sport Limited Edition. The 2014 Outlander will have a new engine that uses Mitsubishi's advanced MIVEC continuously-variable valve lift timiing system, which is put in place for increased fuel economy.

The 2014 Outlander Preview
It will offer seating for up to seven, has a new interior design as well as new safety technologies. These include forward collision mitigation, lane departure warning and adaptive cruise control.

When the Outlander is officially unveiled, Mitsubishi will release more details.

The 2013 Outlander Sport Limited Edition includes blackout side mirrors, a center bumper, wheel arch trim and roof rails, chrome alloy wheels and Limited Edition badging. Also added to this edition is an engine balancer shaft, which lends to smoother shifting. Additional features include a six-way power-adjustable driver seat, aluminum brake and accelerator pedals, a leather parking brake lever and available two-tone grey and black leather seating surfaces.

Sounds good to us! But if you love the original Outlander, be sure to check out our Mitsubishi Outlander inventory here, or view our 2013 Outlander Sport inventory here.
